Clint proposed to me on October 17th, 2015. We had just bought a house together in Cuyahoga Falls, and had spent two weeks painting and making it perfect before we moved in. On Sweetest Day, he said he planned an ice cream date (because ice cream is my favorite) but said we needed to swing by the (empty) house first. I walked in the front door to a beautiful surprise, where our Sweetest Day 'ice cream date' had been prepared in our very own dining room. After indulging myself in too much chocolate, we decided to continue our night by running errands. But Clint surprised me and popped the question in our perfect dining room in our perfect house. It was the best ice cream date ever! And our families deserve a special thank you for helping him execute the best proposal plan- thanks to the moms, Kim and Rita and Grandma Patti.
