Amy was born in Brisbane on the 24th of April 1988. She grew up doing dancing, including ballet, tap and jazz from the age of three. She now works as the DSO for the Clinical Stream Leader of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Metro South Health, Queensland. Amy is also studying to get her cert III and IV in fitness and plays a big role in helping Dale run Ripple Fitness.

In her down time, Amy is obsessed with researching healthy eating ideas and "inventing" new recipes. She quite shamelessly claims to be "The Greatest Chef Alive", although she is yet to have any kind of dinner party.

Amy loves travelling. She spent two years living in the USA as a nanny where she travelled as much as she could, and it was during this time that she was lucky enough to first travel to the Caribbean. Dale came to visit her twice and they spent time at Disneyworld, NYC, Washington DC and LA. They have since been to London, Paris, Rome, Venice, Florence, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.

Amy says "Dale and I were best friends for two years before we started dating so we have a really solid base and a lot of the same interests. I think he is probably the only one crazy and loud enough to handle all my craziness! I know that whatever life brings us, we will make it through together and he will always be able to make me laugh. I can't wait to start a family together - even if the thought of a mini Dale mixed with a mini Amy is one of the most terrifying thoughts you could ever imagine! Haha! Wish us luck!"

Dale was born in Melbourne on the 6th of May 1988. He grew up in a house with 4 brothers and absolutley loved his sport. Now he runs a successful business called Ripple Fitness. It is his passion in life to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. More importantly, he loves teaching people how to live a better quality life. 

In his down time, he loves to watch movies! Some have even said he is addicted to them! He also has a love for TV shows including Smallville, Supernatural, Arrow, Revenge & Heroes.

Dale says he loves spending time with Amy because she makes him laugh. He relentlesly pursued her for about 3 years so it really shows how much he cares about her! Dale and Amy enjoy lots of date nights watching their favourite TV show Glee. They are both really big fans!

Dale says "Amy and I are both really driven and work well as a team. I couldn't have found a better person to spend the rest of my life with. I love her smile and enjoy spending time away with her, just the two of us! It's going to be awesome raising a family together - I can't wait!"
