• Group rates applicable 4-nights pre/post, based on availability.
• Requests for specific categories, outside of room block, may be booked at the below stated rates and coded to group code, based on availability.
• Guests will be required to pay a 2-night deposit at the time of booking via credit card. Additional nights will be charged onsite.
• Guests may cancel up to (30) thirty days prior to arrival. Should any guest cancel within 30 days of arrival, the 2-night deposit will be retained. No name changes within 30 days or individuals will forfeit deposit. • Upon Check-in to the Resort, guests will be asked to present a credit card for incidental charges or room and incidental charges. o The minimum HOLD set aside on the card per day is $150 PLUS the remaining balance of room charges for guests who are responsible for room and incidental charges. o If a guest presents a Debit Card, the above holds are not set aside on the card, but rather the funds are automatically withdrawn from the account

All rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on single or double occupancy per room, per night, European Plan (“EP”) (not inclusive of meals), and are subject to the applicable gratuities, taxes and other charges (the “Tax, Gratuities & Charges”) in effect at the time of the Event (current applicable charges listed below). There is no charge for children eleven (11) years of age and under sharing a room with parents/guardians using the existing bedding in the room.

Bellman: $6.00 per person, one time charge, 12 years old and over

Note: Additional Housekeeping Gratuities apply for suite categories in the Coral, Royal Cove and Reef Towers.
Additional Person Charges & Max Capacities:

Royal, Reef, Coral, and Beach:
Additional occupants over double occupancy will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per person, per night, plus VAT charge and applicable Resort Charges for any person twelve (12) years of age or older sharing a room, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guest room allowed.

The Cove:
Additional occupants over double occupancy will be charged at a rate of $75.00 for any person eighteen (18) years of age or older and $50.00 for any person twelve (12) years of age or older sharing a room. Extra charges are per person, per night, plus VAT charge and applicable Resort Charges. Maximum number of adults (18+) is three (3) in the Ocean, Deluxe Ocean, Club Deluxe Ocean and Indigo suites. A fourth person is allowed if under 17 years of age; a fifth person is allowed if four (4) years of age and under.

The above charges are mandatory pursuant to applicable union contracts, will be automatically added to the final bills of the Group or individual guests as applicable (provided, however, the Group agrees to pay such charges not otherwise paid by individual attendees) and are subject to change at any time upon notice to the Group.

The Comfort Suites is next door to the Atlantis and is usually a little cheaper.  Guests at the Comfort Suites get access to the Atlantis property.  It is about a 10 minute walk to get from the Comfort Suites to the Atlantis.
