The first time that Zach had met Kay's son. Colton, they were at a park in Bellevue. After getting stung by a bee during Easter of 2017 Zach and Kay had left a family gathering early. Zach had begged Kay to go to that park repeatedly, Kay eventually bedrudgingly (and angrily) agreed. She was taken to the playground they had played on and taken on a short walk when Zach had popped the question. She said yes immediately.
