We met in 2012 when Ashlee was hired as a Probation Corrections Officer with the County of San Bernardino. Flowers was previouly hired with the county.  When Flowers returned from vacation he saw me in the break room at the job for the first time. I worked with him for the first time on one of the Max units. Shortly after he gave me his digits but I hadn't used them right away. One night at work he bought pizza and he asked me if I wanted some. I didn't but I felt bad that my partner wasn't offered any so I got some for my partner. I texted him for the first time to thank him for the pizza. From then we started talking.  One day we made a bet for the loser to buy breakfast because the kids on our units were playing a basketball game against each other.  Of course his unit beat my unit and I bought him breakfast. Our first date was playing basketball at the gym (I beat him at one, out of many three point Around the World basketball games, even though he will never admit it) and then we went to the movies (our first movie we saw was Neighborhood Watch).  Since then we went to Universal Studios, the drive in movie theatre, and the fair. We have been inseparable ever since. We recently had our first child together (Landon Kajun Flowers 4/3/15) he is the love of our lives! We have such a great and wonderful life full of love and lots of laughter.   We are finally going to marry on our anniversary date (8/1) and we are very excited to be man and wife!
