For our New York family and friends we find that Jet Blue has the most direct flights into Nassau from JFK. Please remember that the Bahamas is an international destination so allow yourself a sufficiant amount of time to check in at the airport. Dont't forget to renew  or apply for your US passport!!!

We have a wedding room block set up with discounted room rates at most of the towers along with a resort credit. The credit is exsclusive to our guest staying under Grassi/Hanna wedding room block.  The below rates will be available 11/13,11/14,11/15/2014  we do have some rooms available pre and post beyond these dates which you can book however it is based on availabilty. All room reservations must be made by calling  1-800- Atlantis please refer to the Grassi/Hanna Wedding when speaking with the agent. If you have trouble making a room reservation under  our wedding block please let us know ASAP. Reservations under the Wedding Block  must be made by October 14, 2014. the rates below will not be availbale after October 14, 2014.

The rates and Credits are as follows:

Coral Towers: $169.00 per night *plus taxes and gratuities

Royal Towers:$219 per night *plus taxes and gratuities

Cove Suite: $399.00 per night *plus tax and gratuities

The Reef- (Terrace/Harbor/Ocean Studio) $279.00/$299.00/$319.00

(there will not be a resort credit given for The Reef Tower)

*The resort credit will be applied only if you stay a minimum of 3 nights this is a one time credit. The amount credited is based upon which tower you chose please see credit amount below:

Coral Towers- $100 per room per stay resort credit based on a 3 night booking min.

Roayl Towers-$150.00 per room per stay resort credit based on a 3 night booking min.

Cove Suites- $225.00 per room per stay resort credit based on a 3 night booking min.

Taxes and Resort Levies-

20% tax per night

Utility Service-

 $15.95 per room per night ( please note this is exclusive to guest staying under the wedding room block all other guest will pay $15.95 per person per night)

Pool/Beach Attendant/Lifeguard-

$1.60 per person per night, 12 years and older

Bellman

$6.00 per person, one time charge, 12 years and older

Royal,Coral & Beach Towers-

Mandatory Gratuity- $5.00 per person per night 12 years and older

The Cove & Reef  Atlantis

Mandatory Gratuity- $6.00 per person per night 12 years and older

 Guest will be required to pay a 2-night deposit at the time of booking via credit card. Additional nights will be charged onsite.

Guest may cancel up to (30) days prior to arrival. Should any guest cancel within 30 days of arrival, the 2-night deposit will be retained. No name changes within 30 days or individuals will forfeit deposit.

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 15, 2014

The Ceremony will be held at the Ocean Overlook which is located near the Coral Towers. It is not on the beach so you can wear shoes.

The Cocktail Hour and Reception will follow the ceremony and is being held at the Royal Overlook located at the Royal Towers.

Please note both the Ceremony and Reception will be outside weather permitting. The tempature during November averages around 82°F throughout the month, exceeding 87°F or dropping below 77°F only one day in ten.

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 16, 2014

Buffet Breakfast will be served at Mosaic from 9:30 - 11:30 AM tables will be reserved under the last name Hanna.
