My name is Dale and I run a successful business called Ripple Fitness. It is my full time job and my passion in life. I love helping people achieve health and fitness goals, more importantly, I love teachng people how to live a better quality life. 

In my down time, I love to watch movies! I'm addicted to them! So much in fact, that I would proably make a pretty good movie director :-) I love my TV shows including Smallville, Supernatural, Arrow, Revenge & Heroes.

I love spending time with Amy because she makes me laugh and she makes me happy. I pursued her for about 3 years so it really shows how much I care about her! We enjoy lots of date nights watching our favourite TV show Glee. We are both really big fans! We are both really driven and work well as a team. I couldn't have found a better person to spend the rest of my life with. I love her smile and enjoy spending time away with her, just the two of us!

It's going to be awesome raising a family together - I can't wait!
